At Fusion5, we’re not just a Microsoft partner — we’re a business transformation partner. We’re looking for a savvy, commercially minded Channel Marketing Manager to drive run-rate growth and deepen our strategic alignment with Microsoft across Australia and New Zealand.
This is your opportunity to own the engine behind Fusion5’s Microsoft channel success. You’ll plan and deliver marketing programs that generate real pipeline — from lifecycle campaigns and nurture journeys to high-impact co-funded initiatives. You’ll also be the marketing conduit of Fusion5 to our Microsoft marketing partners, managing relationships, reporting, and go-to-market planning.
You won’t be working in isolation. You’ll partner closely with our strategic growth lead for Microsoft, our internal sales teams, and our solution and campaign experts — all while having the autonomy to make bold marketing moves with shared budget ownership.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and execute inbound, lifecycle and upsell campaigns that drive volume and revenue across Microsoft cloud solutions
- Lead co-marketing planning and execution with Microsoft, including MDF use, joint events, and strategic alignment
- Track and report marketing-attributed pipeline and performance to both Fusion5 and Microsoft stakeholders
- Create seamless journeys for customers across digital, content, and sales engagement touchpoints
- Support sales enablement with the tools and content they need to convert
- Collaborate with our Microsoft ABM lead to divide and conquer strategic priorities with shared goals and budget
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in channel, vendor, or partner marketing
- Experience working with enterprise vendors (bonus points for Microsoft!)
- Confidence with co-marketing funds (MDF), pipeline reporting, and campaign execution
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presence — you’ll be front and centre with vendors and internal leadership
- Excellent organisational skills and an eye for optimising what’s working
- A marketing qualification (or equivalent experience) and a passion for delivering results that matter
