Vickie McGregor
In her role as the Director of HCM and Jemini, Vickie leads our Trans-Tasman team who are responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of our HRIS solutions.
Vickie is passionate about delivering successful projects and ensuring our customers achieve their strategic and commercial outcome.
I love working collaboratively with our customers to identify and deliver solutions that have a positive impact on their business. These solutions ultimately enable our customers’ ability to engage, manage, motivate and reward their people and this is extremely important in the modern workplace.
Having joined Fusion5 in 2006, Vickie has extensive experience implementing, supporting, and providing business critical People Systems for our customers. As well as her experience within Fusion5, Vickie’s prior roles across different industries in both the payroll and HR space provided a solid foundation of practical business experiences. This ensures she can provide well rounded advice and assistance to our customers.
